How much of the proceeds go to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust?

  • We donate 20% of net profits to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Occasionally, we partner with schools or other entities that may have items where 100% of the profits are donated. Our donations go to fostering baby elephant orphans to pay for living expenses, care, medical needs, raising awareness about the endangered species, and helping create a friendly bond between citizens and wildlife. We also are planning on donating money to investigators and organizations that research and spread awareness about ivory trade in the future.

    When did Ivory Tees launch?

    • We launched Ivory Tees in September 2016.

      Do you have a customer service phone line I can call?

      • Currently, we do not have a phone line. We request that all customer service inquiries be sent to ivoryteescustomerservice@gmail.com so that we can better assist you with the issue.

      How long will it take to receive my order within the U.S.?

      • We make every effort to fulfill orders within 4-12 business days of when they are received.
      • Once the package is shipped it can take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
      • We do apologize if your shipment is delayed due to an influx of orders, although generally, we are pretty on time :)  If your order is taking longer than the aforementioned time frame, send us an email and we will sort it out ASAP. Your happiness is our priority.

      How long will it take to receive my order internationally?

      • We make every effort to process orders within 7 business days of when they are received.
      • Once the package is shipped, it can take 5-10 business days to Canada and 10-20 business days worldwide.

      Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

      • Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and a second email when your order is fulfilled. You may receive multiple fulfillment emails which means that your order will be arriving in separate packages.
      • If there is an issue with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

      Why did I only receive part of my order?

      • Sometimes items in your order are shipping from different locations, so the other items you ordered will arrive separately.

      Will I receive a tracking number?

      • All orders for apparel within the US are shipped through USPS or FedEx and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number.

        How should I wash my garment?

        • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

            What forms of payment do you accept?

            • We currently accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

            Will my card be charged when I order?

            • All customers are charged at the time of purchase.

            When I place an item in my cart or wishlist, is it reserved for any period of time?

            • Placing an available item in your shopping cart and/or wishlist does not reserve that item.
