Returns and Refunds (if applicable):
As of right now, we don't take returns. We only do so if the item is defected or damaged (skip to the next paragraph if this is the case). If your order is the incorrect size, you may exchange the item for a different size. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for exchanges or go to our Contact Us page. If your exchange has been approved by us, read the Exchanges section for further instructions (SEND ITEMS TO OUR PO BOX listed below).
If the item is damaged or defective and you would like a refund, send us an email with an attached image of the defect. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable):
If your order is the incorrect size, we do accept exchanges. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the Contact Us page to confirm a replacement for your item. Send items to be exchanged to PO Box 391372 Mountain View, CA 94039.
